i dont think i am ever going to get it to work i have been trying for over a week now
this is what i do to try and get it working
i log onto facebook and go into pet society
i open up webscarab
i then tick on intercept requests and post is highlighted
i then go back to firefox and click on tools and then options then into advanced and i click settings
i then select manual proxy configuration and it says localhost and the port is 8008
i click ok and i then go back to pet society and i get a load of boxes popping up and i keep clicking accept changes i give a lemon as a gift and then i keep clicking accept changes and in the end i get that error message
i have tried looking for a step by step guide on how to do it from start to finish but i cant find any and im at the point where im gonna give up cos it doesnt want to work for me

i have managed to get the popup to come up where i change the code i do that and i click accept changes but after that i get an error message on ps and i log out and log into my other account and nothing comes through i must still be doing something wrong or it wont let me receive them.

FYI everybody :
I succeed in creating most of the item even if I don’t have them in my chest.
For items stored in chest I go in the food store and buy something I transform as shown in the video.
For Clothes items, I go in the clothe store and buy some cheap clothe of the same kind of the one I want to create (hat for bat hat, shirt for pumpkin shirt…etc)
Anyway, sometimes items can’t be created without having any in your chest or clothes chest. I encounter this problem trying to create a snowman, hoof gloves or elf mitten. I had to get at least one in my chest or clothes chest to create more.
Sometimes I create items (clothes or just simple items). It appears in my chest the number of items I created, but when I put one in my room, send one, or put one of the clothe I create, all the others disapears fro my chest. In this case, you just have to send this item to somebody you know, and this person just have to send it back to you, then you’ll have the exact number of items as you created them back in your chest and can use them without the items to disapears (hope I was clear)
To resume the last one : if you create 12 snowmen, but you put one in your room and all the other disapears from your chest. Just get back your snowman, send it to some good friend, and ask him to send it back to you. When you’ll get back your snowman, you’ll get back the 12 you created. Put one in your room and you’ll see that 11 others still left in your chest

well, what I saw with webscarab is that when we buy items, codes are quite confusing and might be hidden in a long list of hex codes.
But when we send/receive gifts, code may be found in an easier way.
I didn’t really tried a lot, only watched if there was changes.

rest you gotta experiment yourself and keep changing the first numbers..i would just put an object in, see the hex code, and see what i get if i put a number after that

the codes are in a loop each time it’s incremented by 2 in hex, so u have to notice the code and see where the loop is ” the code for the item is at the last row”. As an example take a lip and send it and write the code down without making any changes, then take a lemon and change the code as that for the lip but add 2 hex to the third square of code

i tried many times and i noticed the difference then it worked
i will explain again what i did
first i found that each item has several codes not just one specific code
so i did the following ….
send a lip for ur other code and see the code for it at the last row
send another lip and see the digits that varied
we’ll probably notice that the varied digits are an increment of the first one by 2
for example if u send a lip and the code was 74 F3 12 01 00 30
then the second code was 74 F3 14 01 00 30 then u will see that the third
square changed from 12 to 14 this an increment by 2 in hex so the next lip
to be send must be 74 F3 16 …. this code u have to write it instead of
the lemon code which u send after the second lip and so on every time add 2
to that hexa digits that varied
i hope u understand it and hope it to work

mmm it doesn’t matter that apple has 5 col and banana 6 it seems that
they did that such that each one has different code appearance from the other
so there’s no standard way for cheating
any way …
take the banana code as it shows the first code was
74 86 20 00 01 61
the next banana has the code
74 86 22 00 01 61
so the third square changed from 20 to 22 now take for example a lemon
and change it’s code to
74 86 24 00 01 61
here u will receive a banana instead of a lemon at the other account
try it and tell me ….

hi, i will simplified it. just sent the item you want to clone first. then,
notice the three value before the 00 01, or 01 00(depend on the system). +2 to the
third value. so if the third value is 2, it becomes 4. so on and so for..
also remember to change the item code. thats the first two code of the three code before the
00 01/ 01 00. have fun and cheers .

I have sent numerous amounts of different types of things andnoticed that regardless
of how many rows there are the changes always occur after the sequence DO 89 74 ……
As Samar says it does increase in multiples of two, but only in certain stages.
I had alot of letters also eg 7A 7C 7E. The number preceding this also increased
by 1 every now & again eg 98 – 99 and 94 – 95.
Also the rare items did not change in multiples of 2 and the 3 pairs of numbers/digits following
D0 89 74 changed, with the last two of the three changing every time
I can’t see a regular pattern with it as yet but if I find it I will post here.

@EEETTT I have the same problem, I have send a black jacuzzi and my friend received the red guitare but in fact, I’ve notice that the guitar was removed from my chest.
I have make other tests and objects can also be removed from a room not only the chest.
So we don’t change the code, we send an other object that we have.
Could you check if you have the same problem

Ok I think I got it but you will not receive the items as presents instead you’ll find them in your room
Jester doll code is 82 A8 EF FD 62
Send an apple and change the code in 0050 starting from C column
So from C change the code and put 82 then A8 EF FD
Then jump to 0060 and change the first value to 62
Try it and let me know thanks

Goggle : 8C A3 9A 8E 58
Again change beging at row 0050 and start at value C change first 4 values then jump to 0060 and change the first value ..Good luck

Thank Darren, my guess is that this way we are replacing the code of the
present(package item). And until you take it and send it back it will
keep popping out the message that you received something. If you try to change room before sending it to somebody and then go back to the first room you will see it still there.

Thanks CMWONG but each time I use the cheat engine to decrease the paw points the game throws me out, it’s ok when you try to increase them but not decrease, I think playfish are trying hard to catch the cheaters!

Darren you tried to clone the hex item for the mask? it’s either
invalid or u cloned using a mystery box, again, DO NOT clone clothing items using
furniture items! remember the clothe items have own box so if you use
mystery box to clone a Mask you will be stuck with the email icon notifier

If you want the unopened mail alert to disapear, you have to send back the gift to the pet that send it to you the first time, after that it become a real gift in a box and no more alert. (anyway it seems an uptdate don’t let us use this anymore)
If your upopened mail alert is on, one of the cloned items went poof in the room. It’s invisible. PS notes that the item was never gifted to another pet or sold back to the store. Which keeps the mail alert flashing. I did deactivate my pet’s FB account for approximately 15 hours – the alert is still flashing.
I’ve tried changing the code throughout most of the edit request window with no success. It’s like Playfish is stopping the edit request window from listening to certain lines of hex code. This is a stab in the dark – but has anyone tried changing the port that webscarab listens on? Is it possible that Playfish is blocking part of the hex code on port 8008 but on another one webscarab would pick it all up?

Maybe playfish did not know who have deactivate the fb, the data still remain there

i think, the code is not visible to us, maybe something run at server side

That’s possible CM. I may try deactivating one of the accounts for 24 hours. If that doesn’t reset the mail alert – I guess I just live with it.
