Restaurant layout issues
We had problem with Restaurant City today, the layout of many restaurants are now unfortunately altered as a result. By altered, I mean that the restaurant layouts have been changed.
This means you need to go into your restaurant and re-arrange your items. (both inside the restaurant and outside the restaurant).
There unfortunately is no easy way for us recover your restaurant layout if your restaurant was affected by this.
Thank you for your continued patience during this early beta period.
The team is working hard to improve the game over the next couple of weeks.
Note though that overwhelming demand will cause connection difficulties from time to time over the next few weeks while we work on ironing out the issues.
Why their staff not test it before publish to beta version ?

Yea, they should not only be concern about players hacking their games and fixing hacks first. They should instead make sure their game is free of bugs before they try to fix other things. I mean, which is more important? Bugs that affect all players or Bugs that allow SOME players to hack?

but, why they not test it by themselves first
i believe every good developer will test their program before release the public, no matter it is beta or not
just simple say that, it mess all items after update. if they have test it, this may not occur
it doesnt matter they will probably wipe after their beta is over anyway. same thing happened during pet society’s beta.
Panda’s right… a lot of people lost some items.

Regarding Lost Items:
Because the game is so new and we are experiencing such growth it’s not possible for us to replace lost items.
As the game becomes more stable and gets closer to being out of Beta, it is something we can look examine at that time.
Until then, we thank you for playing and for your continued support of Playfish and your understanding in this matter.

Guys… the game is a beta test now… if you lost an item… is a game only…
if you dont like this, so wait until the game is completed… during the beta post for improvements, not to trouble
@lala, maybe they just gazing and wonderng when will the hack updated? lol
I cannot play the game anymore
because my workers are not working but just standing there doing nothing! The waiters are also appearing outside the restaurant :/ just standing there doing nothing. I got upto level 11. Don’t want to lose it all
