Try using Firefox for the cheats.
First, you definitely should not earn over 90k otherwise your game will crash. Pet Society has a limit of earnings each save game, which is not exceed the limit of 90k (If i recall it could be 99,999, its better off sticking with 90k).
After you done your earnings, quickly go save your game. Then re-try the same method of cheat.
Hope this will solve your problem. =]

Hmmm. Yes I understand.
Try exiting Cheat Engine and Tools (Code generator). And also try to refresh your game.
If that wont work, try to restart your entire system.
IF that wont work. I will explain how I would do mine steps-by-steps.

Actually, could you please tell me how you did yours?
The first thing is did you do the usual tick “hex”, value 8bytes, read only, then paste long code besides “hex” ?
After that, DO NOT scan right away.
Just make your character move outside, touch one tree until one coin appears.
Afterwards, scan right away~
Then, you are all set to move your character touching the tress until the game freezes. Wait for idk 5secs? Then go back to your “Cheat Engine” un-tick the box besides “SHOW ME SOME MONEY” (which is located in cheat engine tablebox)
After you did that you will see your money go up. =] Go back inside the house and save your game.
Once the game has saved, and you want to do the cheat again. Always remember to exit your Cheat Engine and Code Generator (PS_TOOLS).

It is best to have the most updated cheat engines and flash. I am currently using Cheat Engine v5.5 and I have no clue what flash I am using.

buy some stuffs and sell AFTER you get your coins. this way your pet will level up.this way playfish will find it less suspicious for having so much coin at such a low level.

@Onn Onn, Thank you for answering. I did that. I did the cheat, bumped a tree, let it freeze, got 55,000 coins, and went back home. I waited for about 2 minutes. Got disconnected about 3 – 4 minutes of waiting. Logged back in. The 55,000 coins were not there.

that’s because you have the version 5.4 of cheat engine. Get 5.5
just google “cheat engine” and the official page will appear first, go to download and dl the latest version

To those who have difficulties with the cheat. The requires Flashplayer 9. Higher than that, your IE or Mozilla Firefox will definitely crash after enabling the cheat.
Before enabling the cheat/scanning for the hex code, you need to earn money by bumping the trees, brushing or visiting friends. Then you’ll need to scan for the hex code. Remember to tick hex and also scan read-only memory and make sure it’s 8 byte.
Once you have the address, paste it onto the PS tools and click get code. Paste the code onto CE and you’ll find Show me the money address. Tick it.
Now you need to earn money again by hitting the trees or brushing or visiting friends. Bumping the trees is easiest. Your PS will get frozen once you hit a tree that gives a coin. Immediately untick the Show me the money address on CE or allow 2-3 seconds before unticking.
Within 2-3 seconds, you’ll earn 20-30k. Return to your house and wait for one minute and try saving. It will fail to save but it’s safe enough to refresh the page. Voila! You get your money!!
I just tried it and got 30,000. I used the bumping the trees method. I was also finally able to save without any problems. Good luck to those still trying to save! I don’t have any advice for you except to keep trying.
@Anonymous, may i add also that after pasting the code onto cheat engine 5.5, you can right click on “Show me the Money” and select “Set a hotkey”, then you can type whatever key you want on your keyboard for quickly ticking/unticking the “Show me the Money” when you need it instead of opening CE 5.5 and unticking it manually when the game freezes.

To avoid the problems with not being able to save after you get the some coins(no more than 40k at a time) go to the stadium and bet or participate in a race. This will cause the game to save. Afterwards just repeat until you get the level of money you want. I managed to get 300k coins in about 10 minutes this way

It works fine. I just did it 4 times in a row. Do not let it freeze for more than 2 to 3 seconds otherwise you make too much and you won’t be able to save or you’ll be disconnected. Watch closely for the moment the screen freezes so that you can start counting.

Do not keep the game frozen for more than 3 secs max. then wait about 1 or 2 minutes, then try to save. And after getting the msg “failed to save” click on refresh. It should work :S

@dan, Are you using the hotkey or are you unticking frozen manually? It works better for me to do it manually, for some reason.

i tried these combinations: cheat 5.4 and 5.5, firefox and lower plus latest firefox, flash 9 and 10 … not none worked. my OS was vista then changed to 7. but it didn’t work with vista either. you see PS won’t even let me play because it detects I have flash 9. I won’t be able to play unless I upgrade to 10.
I tried the Hex, 8 bytes, etc … I also tried put exact value, wash pet then tick double, change value, …. both didn’t work.

try to autosave… after the cheat go back home leave it for 1 or 2 minutes then try to save, it may fail so try like 2 times and then refresh the game… it will autosave.

@desperarte, I am trying to help some friends who had to downgrade their Flash to 9. I’m walking through the cheat with them step-by-step with screenshots and live chat and they’re both having this same problem, desperate. They said the only way they can play the game is to use Explorer. In Firefox, the upgrade your Flash message will not go away without upgrading which renders the cheat unusable.
Being that they can only log on to the game via Explorer, when they scan, no address.
Please has anyone out there who downgraded to 9 from 10 had this same problem? If so what steps did you take to solve it? Or are you still stuck at no address after scanning?

@psaddict, I tried IE and it has the same message. I cannot play PS unless I upgrade to Flash 10.
I used several combinations now: IE/Firefox (latest and under 3.0), XP/Vista/7, CheatEngine 5.4/5.5 and none work. My closest effort to ‘cheat’ was it showed 1 address but then everytime I go to PS, it crashed.
To those can successfully use Flash 9 and still play PS, what’s your OS?
Mina, I know you mentioned you use Flash 9 and Firefox 2.0.0.20. I have both and tried XP and Vista but when I go to PS, it just displays this upgrade Flash (message appears for both IE and Firefox)

Hey, the tool works, but how can I minimize my earnings in order to be able to save? You say that you should earn at most 90K per save but I always earn more than a 100K no matter what I do. If I walk into trees each coin can give 100+K.

i tried other ones and they didn’t work or were not recognized… to get that version, go to that link someone posted on this site and get the NON debugger version.. its like a 167mb pack. it has like 12 different adobe flashes in there.. install the 124 one.. then try the whole process and use trial and error to figure everything out

I tried everything and it works, the only problem is I can’t save it.
I tried the other methods, left the freeze for 1-2 seconds, then visit other friends, but the autosave isn’t working for me. It disconnects after a few seconds, then when I refresh and the game loads again, the coins isn’t there.
i think they fixed it. it’s not saving my coins anymore as it used to before :S

I think it doesn’t work anymore. I was able to make the whole thing work earlier but after the game had another makeover, Cheat Engine now generates ?? values. I dunno. I hope it still works.

Once you paste the code in CE and the “show me the money” thingy appears… tick it and in pet society bumb some trees till the image freezes.Move your mouse till you see it and go quickly to Cheat engine and UNtick (Im not sure if I can say UNtick in english but you get the point) you’ll get the coins… go back home and leave your pet doing nothing for a minute or two. Then try to save… sometimes it will save with no problems but if it fails, keep trying to save for like… 2 more times and then refresh the game. You’ll get your coins
Remember not to have a large amount of money visible, you can buy some stuff and repeat de trick but if they see that you have a million or so they may catch you

after the makeover my opera crashes down everytime i do the cheat

it doesn’t work anymore for me! so sad =(
the cheat can still *somehow* work, but it will really lag and crash your browser most of the time. the trick is to disable almost IMMEDIATELY after the game freezes and DO NOT TOUCH THE BROWSER until it respond again. this way i can get 1-2k per time but please be patient! (and don’t be too greedy!)

yea it works with 40k and below for me. no more 1.2m per 5min =(. thats sad.
